How to get blackberry contacts off computer without a phone?

I had my Blackberry Pearl stolen and replaced by an iPhone. How can I get my contacts stored on the PC on the iPhone? I have not saved in Outlook so it is not an option.

    If you synced with Desktop manager try looking for the back up file (you did backup, right?) It is an .ipd file. There are tools on the Net to make it work with iPhone.

    Good luck. – FYI, I would use Outlook in the future, or something similar like Open Office if you’re Mac.
