Does anyone know how to install Java (applets) on the PlayStation 3 operating system Xross Media Bar Ideally do not want to install another OS on my PlayStation so you can avoid.

    No, you cannot install Java on the PS3. You have to install Yellow Dog Linux or some other OS.
