the best mp3 player for sound quality..?

PLZ say that Apple’s iPod. I’m not lookin for capaciies particularly high, a VCR. NE or other blunders. . I am using Ultimate Ears Super Fi 5 EB earphones. . heard many iriver, SanDisk, iPod, Samsung, Zune, Toshiba, Creative Zen, Sony, but not all had smthi. . I have tried many avenues in better throughput. EQ off. . I mean everythin probe as above. . NE audiophyl around or any other user from many brands. . plz help me.

    I have a Toshiba Gigabeat and I can recommend it. It has a great sound quality with an affordable price. I bought mine here:

    Why not check the customer reviews on Amazon.com, or Crutchfield.com (or call Crutchfield, they know their stuff).

    All players are pretty crappy. You can improve the sound by ripping CD’s in loseless quality. It takes up about 50gb per CD, but sounds much better.
